Anxiety Unanonymous.

For the overthinkers, the deep feelers, and the ones who carry more in their heads than they say out loud. The ones who live with the weight of anxiety daily. It can feel scary, lonely and all-consuming, but you’re not alone. I get it, I’m in it, I’m right here with you.

Your anxiety called. It wants cuter wallpapers.

If the wallpapers helped even a little, these go a lot further.

The 3AM Checklist
$5.00

For the nights when your brain won't let you sleep and you can't remember a single useful thing. A single printable card. Six steps. Designed to be read when you can barely think straight.

You know this feeling.

It's 3am. Something has woken you (or let’s be honest, probably kept you awake). Your heart is doing something. You feel out of it. Your brain has decided that now, right now, in the dark, is the perfect time to process everything you've been managing to avoid since last Tuesday.

And you know, somewhere, that there are things you could do. Breathing exercises. Grounding techniques. The tools you've read about and maybe even used before. But at 3am, in the thick of it, you can't remember any of them. The information is there. The access to it isn't.

This card is for that moment.

Six steps. Plain language. No thinking required. Designed to be printed and live on your bedside table, folded into your phone case, or saved to your camera roll: somewhere you'll find it at the exact moment you need it most.

What's on it:
Six steps for riding out night anxiety (also known as anxiety on a whole different level!) from "put the phone down" to "rest is enough, sleep is enough, both count." Clean, readable in the dark, calm enough to hold onto when nothing else is.

Because 3am is not the time for thinking. It's the time for a list to work through and get your brain focussed on actionable items, and your anxiety in check.

The Anxious Brain Journal
$15.00

A guided journal for the anxious brain that has a lot to say but just needed somewhere to put it, without overanalysing and overthinking it. Real prompts. Honest questions. Thirty days of questions your therapist would charge you $180 an hour to ask.

Journalling gets recommended to anxious people constantly. What nobody tells you is that staring at a blank page when your brain is already loud is its own particular form of torture. This journal fixes that. I created it because I too, kept being told, and kept wanting to, journal but would open a journal / blank notebook / random piece of note paper and no matter what medium I tried, I kept staring at a blank page and give up after 5.4 seconds. I'd either freeze completely, be so overwhelmed by where to begin, overthink what to write (oh the irony!) or immediately spiral into the thing I was trying to process. What I needed were questions. Specific ones. The kind that actually moved something, inspired thoughts and encouraged me to simply begin.

So that's what this is:  One prompt a day. Honest, gentle questions and points of reflection that will help you learn more about your anxiety and hopefully carry it a little more lightly.

Thirty days of prompts (one per day) written specifically for the anxious mind. Not generic self-reflection questions. Not toxic positivity disguised as introspection. Questions that will actually help you understand your patterns, name your feelings, interrupt your spirals, and come back to yourself on the days you've lost track of where you went. Some prompts are gentle. Some might catch you off guard. Some the words may flow easily for, whilst others may force you to dig deep. All of them are worth sitting with.

You don't have to do them in order. You don't even have to do one a day. (I'll be honest, I have a 30 day journal sitting by my bed that isn't completed yet and it's been 2 years!) You don't have to share them with anyone. There are no rules here: just you, a pen, and thirty questions that might change how you understand your anxiety and yourself.

What’s inside?

  • An opening note on how to use it

  • 30 daily prompts across themes: triggers, spirals, the body, the feelings, other people, the hard days, the better ones, the longer game

  • Space to write: generous, uncluttered, designed to actually be used

  • A reflection page at the end of each week to notice patterns across the days

  • A year's worth of monthly tracker pages

  • Next steps

  • And some helpful worksheets (who doesn’t love a worksheet!)

The Anxious Girl's Toolkit
$19.00

A guide to carrying anxiety a little more lightly. The guide I went looking for. The one that didn't exist yet.

Let me tell you what this guide is not: it’s not written by a therapist who has studied anxiety from a comfortable academic distance. It's not a list of breathing exercises you already know about and feel guilty for not doing. It's not going to tell you to meditate, cut out caffeine, or download a mindfulness app. (Well. Disclaimer, it does mention the breathing, and maybe a mindfulness app. But it’s tried and trusted by your anxious bestie here and I’ll explain it like a human, not a pamphlet.)

Here's what it actually is: it's the guide I went looking for at the height of my panic attack era (ahhhh, memories!) when I was googling symptoms at 2am, convinced something was catastrophically wrong, unable to find anyone who could explain what was happening to me in language that wasn't clinical, condescending, or relentlessly positive about how much better everything was going to get. I couldn't find it. So I wrote it.

What it is, and what I genuinely believe it can do, is make the whole thing feel slightly less enormous. Less lonely. Less weird. Less scary. A little more like something you can carry a little lighter rather than something that's weighing you down.

Written entirely from lived experience. Just me, a real person, living in it and with it, telling the truth about what it's like and what (slowly, imperfectly) has helped me along the way, and can hopefully help you too!

Inside, you'll find:

  • What anxiety is actually doing in your body (the explanation that finally made it less terrifying) How to understand your own specific anxiety (your unique triggers, your physical tells, your spiral anatomy)

  • The 3am toolkit: what to do when your brain won't let you sleep and everything feels catastrophically true

  • Daytime anxiety: the low hum version that doesn't look like anxiety but absolutely is

  • How to manage a panic attack, including what to do in the first 60 seconds when you can barely think straight

  • Anxiety and other people: how to tell them, what to say, how to ask for what you need

  • The longer game: what changes, what doesn't, and the five things that have genuinely helped me most

  • Plus a printable one page toolkit summary page, which you can think of as your personal reference card for the moments when you need it most and you can't remember any of it

Who this is for:
You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to have had a panic attack. You just need to be someone who finds their own brain a lot to deal with sometimes. Which, based on my entirely unscientific research, is most of us.

This is for anyone who has ever felt completely alone in something that (as it turns out) almost everyone feels.

Who this is not for:
Anyone looking for a cure. (I'm sorry. I don't have one. Nobody does. Anyone who says otherwise is trying to sell you something far more expensive than this.)
